All MOIIN materials are developed, produced and finished in Hamburg. Premium quality is always our top priority. We match the expectations our customers have of us. Our versatile MOIIN 3D resins have established themselves in a variety of different areas, including jewellery production, industrial manufacturing, education & science, design, and medical technology.

GREAT VERSATILITY

Our materials are designed for open systems. Supported printer technologies include DLP, SLA and LCDs with 385 or 405 nm wavelength output. As well as our existing MOIIN OEM materials, we also offer material development and customisation options for orders of 1000 kg onwards. Biocompatible solutions are also not a problem. After all, our roots lie in dentistry.

Although relatively young itself, it is a sister company of the successful DMG Dental Material Gesellschaft mbH, founded in 1963. Its conventional and 3D product solutions are trusted by dentists and dental laboratories in over 80 countries around the world. Through MOIIN, we are transferring this high-level expertise to new production sectors.

MATERIALS WITH ADDED VALUE.

 

Exceptional accuracy thanks to new technology. MOIIN developers have almost completely eliminated one of the adverse properties of regular 3D print materials. Newly developed CDB technology (Cure Depth Barrier) minimizes unwanted over-curing in the Z axis of the printed object and therefore ensures unprecedented precision in all dimensions.
